Part 1: Define

What should it stand for ?
Why should it exist ?
Why should people care ?
What makes it different ?

Big idea 
a Name
What it stands for

Brand Names
Direct name, does what it says, i.e. money supermarket
Implied name, FedEx, shortened, implied meanings of fast, quick
Abstract/ Random name, IKEA no real reason for the name

Part 2: Create

What does it look like ? (recognisable, personality, illustration, tone of voice)
What does it sound like ?
What does it do ? (does it make something different)

Part 3: Build

Make stuff thats relevant 
(beyond a business card)



You are creating the brand from scratch, 
But you can't change the product itself

there will be a winner, win first ever placement
